If you are not satisfied with Socialocity.io for any reason within the first 30 days of your initial subscription, you are eligible for a full refund of the subscription fees paid, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

2. Eligibility for Refund

2.1. To be eligible for a refund under the money back satisfaction guarantee, you must meet the following criteria:

a) The refund request must be made within 30 days from the date of your initial subscription.

b) You must have an active subscription with Socialocity.io at the time of the refund request.

3. How to Request a Refund

3.2. You will be required to provide your account details and the reason for your dissatisfaction with Socialocity.io.

3.3. Our customer support team will review your request and may attempt to resolve any issues or concerns you have. If, after this process, you remain dissatisfied, a refund will be processed in accordance with this policy.

4. Refund Processing

4.1. Once your refund request is approved, we will process the refund to the original payment method used for the subscription.

4.2. The refunded amount will include the full subscription fees paid at the time of purchase.

4.3. Please note that it may take a few business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution's processing time.

5. Exceptions

5.1. Socialocity.io reserves the right to refuse a refund if:

a) The refund request is made after the 30-day money back satisfaction guarantee period has expired.

b) The refund request does not meet the eligibility criteria stated in Section 2.

c) There is evidence of abuse of the refund policy or fraudulent activity.

6. Cancellation of Subscription

6.1. If you request a refund under this policy, your subscription to Socialocity.io will be canceled, and you will no longer have access to our services.

6.2. You can choose to re-subscribe at any time, but subsequent subscriptions will not be eligible for the 30-day money back satisfaction guarantee.
